Hmm. I guess that last post sounded pretty bitter. I guess a lot of these posts have. I don't want to end up bitter.

One little bright spot on the Missionary Man front is that the first part of the book is apparently at Berkeley. My agent told me that an editor there was looking for Mormon-related stuff after having read the long piece in The New Yorker in January. That was more than a month ago—we'll see what comes of it.
